A unique hotel located on the lake-promenade in the city centre, in the heart of the shopping and historical district of Lugano. Private parking in the hotel is possible. This hotel has been given by the ICOMOS jury the UNESCO award 'Historic Hotel with Honour'.

Family tradition since 1906, it is the right hotel for holidays or for business stays and the only one on the lake promenade in the centre of Lugano, with own indoor parking, restaurant, meeting room, garden with swimming-pool and terrace. An Internet workstation an "Ethernet" connection for notebook computers and a WiFi Internet Hot Spot are available free of charge at the lobby-bar.
The hotel is accessible by wheelchair, but not the swimming pool or the garden as they are not wheelchair friendly. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, the garden or around the swimming pool.
Chef’s daily special, light meals and nice „Merlot del Ticino“ wines are served for lunch and dinner. Open daily from 12:00 to 13:30 and from 19:00 to 20:30. Opened in 1999, the Blues Bar offers a quiet setting in the late afternoon or after dinner for a quiet drink. Open daily from 15:00 to midnight.
